Homemade Subway Sandwich!

This week I've been eating homemade Subway sandwiches for lunch. They are so filling and light. If you haven't had one for awhile, you should make one soon.

INGREDIENTS:
Dairy free Multi-grain roll
1 slice turkey
3 pieces of salami
1/3 of cucumber
1/5 of red bell pepper
spinach
mustard

Kendra! I've been going dairy free for the past 3 months because it's hard on Ethan. At first it was hard to not have some milk with cookies or skip out on the ice-cream, but you know... now I don't even want those things. Well, most of the time. I love this blog idea though. I'll be checking it often. Thanks for the invite. I hope things are going well in Provo. GA is slowly growing on me.

I had a reaction both days that I had the subway sandwich too. :( So maybe I'm sensitive enough that I can't have that either. Don't know yet. This is just my experience.
